This project aimed to increase the number of young people and adult volunteers participating in the Scout Movement. With an emphasis on local Scout Groups, it focused on training organizations to analyze data and recruit and retain young people and volunteers.
Eighteen National Scout Organizations across the Interamerican Region - from Argentina and Barbados to the United States and Venezuela - were equipped with tools and approaches to:

Growth creates opportunities beyond the individual members who join. Stronger growth capacity strengthens local Scout Groups, more young people and volunteers participate, Scouting reaches more communities - and more opportunities for leadership and service follow. By equipping organizations with tools to understand their membership, the project builds capacity for continued growth beyond the initial intervention.
The project focused not only on recruiting new members, but also on building the capacity of National Scout Organizations and local Scout Groups to understand and manage growth. Training in data analysis, recruitment, and retention provided tools organizations could apply within their own circumstances.
Every new member represents a young person or volunteer with new opportunities to lead, serve, and grow. Donor support helped make more than 82,000 of those opportunities possible.
Este proyecto buscó aumentar el número de jóvenes y voluntarios adultos que participan en el Movimiento Scout. Con énfasis en los Grupos Scouts locales, se enfocó en capacitar a las organizaciones para analizar datos y reclutar y retener a jóvenes y voluntarios.
